PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in attaching/detaching an auxiliary table, which is mounted on the free arm part of a sewing machine. SOLUTION: The auxiliary table 21 comprises: a table body 22 having a plurality of engagement parts 26, 27, 28 to be engaged with a plurality of engagement support parts 10, 11, 12 arranged in a sewing machine bed 1; a substantially U shape first support leg 23 arranged at the left end of the table body 22 so as to be changed-over over a part between a storage position in a substantially horizontal posture and a usage position in a substantially vertical posture; and a substantially U shape second support leg 24 which is arranged at the right end of the table body 22 so as to be changed-over over a part between the storage position in the substantially horizontal posture and the usage position in the substantially vertical posture and also whose lower end part when positioned at the usage position is inserted to a space between the free arm part 1a and a bottom board 9 so as to be placed on the bottom board 9 when mounted by moving the leg 24 in the extending direction of the free arm part 1a.
