<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the joining strength between a metallic substrate and a resin adhering layer. SOLUTION: This material is the one having a metallic substrate 1 and a metallic compd. layer 2 formed on this substrate 1, and in the metallic compd. layer 2, fine flake projections are formed over the whole face in a rising state on the layer 2. The width in the direction of the major axis of the flake projections is regulated to 0.05 to 0.5μm, the thickness thereof is regulated to 0.01 to 0.1μm, and the thickness of the metallic compd. layer is regulated to 0.1 to 1.0μm. The metallic compd. layer contains one or two kinds or more selected from chromium oxides, chromium hydroxides, niobium oxides, niobium hydroxides, rhodium oxides, rhodium hydroxides, vanadium oxides, vanadium hydroxides, palladium oxides, palladium hydroxides, nickel oxides and nickel hydroxides.</p> |
