In an information delivery system, information desired by the user can be obtained while improving security of the system. A portable terminal (130) registers a condition of an information delivery terminal (120) to acquire information therefrom to a server (110). The server (110) selects, from information of plural information delivery terminals (120), information of an information delivery terminal (120) satisfying the condition, creates link information required for a link with the information delivery terminal (120) satisfying the condition, and sends the link information to the portable terminal (130). The server (110) delivers link information required for a link with the portable terminal (130) to the information delivery terminal (120). The information delivery terminal (120) automatically establishes a Bluetooth link with only the portable terminal (130) according to the link information received from the server (110) to provide information to the portable terminal (130).
