Circuit and remote controller of this invention is for controlling the sending power with the consequence checking the battery remaining voltage. After stabilization of the battery voltage, a circuit for an electrical source with certain voltage is provided; determining the battery remaining voltage, a MPU for generating a control signal of antenna output power based on the determining result; a wireless output unit selecting between normal power and faintly power of the antenna output power based on the control signal of antenna output power; a control circuit for remote controller output power comprising the antenna output unit; and a remote controller. According to the present invention, comparing the remaining voltage with a set comparison voltage in a MPU with a defined period, the corresponding control signal of antenna output power based on the comparison result is transmitted to the the antenna output unit. A RF circuit in the antenna output unit automatically switches to a normal power RF circuit or a faintly power RF circuit based on the control signal of antenna output power. On the basis of the circuit characters upon switching, a normal power electric wave or a faintly power electric wave is outputed by the antenna.
