<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for finely pulverizing rice bran realizing the fine pulverization and the improvement of preservation property economically for aiming at the improvement of functional food material quality of the rice bran. <P>SOLUTION: This method for finely pulverizing the rice bran is provided by mixing the rice bran with a cereal containing a special protein called as an oil body such as a defatted soybean, shearing/pulverizing the mixture under a suitable temperature control to produce an inclusion state of rice bran oils and fats and finely pulverizing the rice bran in a state of a high quality/high stability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
