PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of more accurately and simply performing the unitary management of reservation data.

SOLUTION: The system comprises an authentication means for confirming consistency between reservation data including information for equipment control and data stored in a database, a storage means for storing at least a part of the reservation data of which the consistency is confirmed in the database and a transmission means for transmitting at least a part of the reservation data which includes the equipment control information to the specified equipment through a network.
