<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter substrate wherein peeling of an optical interference type color filter from a substrate is prevented and high quality of a transparent electrode can be realized, to provide its manufacturing method, to provide a liquid crystal device provided with the color filter substrate, and to provide a projection display apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter substrate 30 is provided with a filter side substrate 31 on which optical interference type color filters 32R, 32G and 32B are formed and a base body having an electrode side substrate 34 on which a transparent electrode 36 are formed. The surface of the filter side substrate 31 on which the optical interference type color filters 32R, 32G and 32B are formed and the surface opposite to the surface of the base body on which the transparent electrode 36 are formed are joined to each other via an adhesive layer 33 consisting of an adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
