PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation controller for a synchro device improving facility by restoring the synchro device from a fixed state without stopping operation. SOLUTION: A loopback signal is generated by looping a synchro signal back to an S/D converter 4 and digitizing it. The loopback signal is compared with a data signal provided to a D/S converter 2, and fixing is recognized based on a difference. If fixing is recognized, kickback data is generated for forcibly carrying out rotary driving of the synchro signal, and the kickback data is provided on the synchro device 3 via the D/S converter 2.
