PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe upper material quickly dried after washing and a shoe quickly dried using the same. SOLUTION: The shoe upper material used for the shoe quickly dried has a foam inserted between a surface material and a back material which are composed of a mesh fabric made of nylon, Tetron, or the like, an artificial leather, or a synthetic leather. The foam has a core material composed of a foam made of a thermoplastic resin such as EVA, polyethylene, polypropylene, or rubber which has closed cells and a specific gravity of 0.05-0.2, and both sides of the core material is covered with a thin foam.
