PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual moving shelf apparatus where a time lag from the start of rotating an operation handle to the start of moving a moving shelf is reduced, quick rotating of the operation handle never ends in failure, and the diameter of a clutch disk can be reduced. SOLUTION: In the manual moving shelf apparatus, the operation handle 4 fitted to the side wall of a moving shelf so as to rotate with a horizontal rotary shaft 14 as a center is rotated linked with the wheels of the moving shelf through a clutch and a transmission means to rotate the wheels to move the moving shelf. The apparatus consists of: the clutch disk 21 which is supported rotatably by the rotary shaft 14 to be linked with the wheels and has teeth 21 at its inner periphery; and a pair of hook arms 16A and 16B which are fitted to the rotation base part 4a of the operation handle 4 in a swingable manner and fit into the teeth 20 at the disk 21 when rotate-operating the operation handle 4.
