<p>An internal contracting brake device includes a housing, a spindle, a pulling device, and a restoring apparatus. At least two opened brake rings are provided in the housing, surrounding the spindle and lapped one on top of the other. The first end of a brake ring is fixed to the housing, with the tail end of the other brake ring connected to the pulling device. Remaining ends of each brake ring are connected to each other, and the pulling device is connected to a brake cable. Another opened brake ring overlapping said at least two brake rings has a first end fixed to the housing in conjunction with the first end of the lowest brake ring via a screw and a tail end connected with the tail end of the lowest brake ring, both tail ends are not fixed to the housing.</p> |
