<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inkjet printing paper which enables only a print image to be distinguished from a residual non-print part so as to develop a color in the state of being glazed with high brightness. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet printing paper is equipped with: a substrate sheet (10) which is composed of a transparent plastic film; a translucent water-soluble ink absorbing layer (11) which is applied onto the backside of the substrate sheet (10); and an aluminum-evaporated film (13) which is further applied onto the backside of the layer (11). Before the application of the film (13), only the print image (M), using water-soluble ink which permeates the layer (11) from the backside and is fixed to the layer (11), is determined to develop the color with high brightness reflecting the metallic gloss of the film (13) from the front side of the substrate sheet (10), in such a manner that the residual non-print part (S) serves as a white skin or background exposed from the substrate sheet (10). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
