<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire supporting member capable of preventing a wire from being damaged or ruptured in laying the wire on a ceramic plate, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The wire supporting member (1) is constituted to suitably round and chamfer the angle part of a projecting part inside a recessed part (7) to which grinding is hardly performed ordinarily by performing grinding by the use of a medium having an acute angle. Thus, the wire supporting member (1) equipped with a 2nd chamfer part (21) at an edge part (19) is manufactured. Since the 2nd chamfer part (21) whose surface is smoothly curved is formed at the edge part (19) of the end (11) of the recessed part (7) of the wire supporting member (1) manufactured in such a way, the wire (3) is prevented from being damaged or ruptured when the wire (3) is stretched and laid across the recessed part (7) or when the wire (3) is laid across again. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
