PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovery system for improving heat recovery efficiency by widening a contact area between a fluid pipe for forming a gas channel in which gas flows and a thermoelectric conversion element. SOLUTION: The waste heat recovery system 1 has a peripheral fluid pipe 11 for forming an exhaust channel 12 in which exhaust gas is circulated. An outer thermoelectric conversion module 14 is provided at the outer periphery side of the fluid pipe 11, and an inner thermoelectric conversion module 15 is provided at the inner periphery side.
