PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the undesired sagging of a frit glass and avoid the damage resulted from a residual deposition such as dirt, while previously preventing the occurrence of so-called triangular cracking during sealing heat treatment with the panel and a funnel, by optimizing the face condition of a chamfer formed at an intersecting member with the inside and outside surfaces of the skirt part of a panel and a sealing end face. SOLUTION: A first rough face 11 that the average depth Rz of unevenness is 5μm≤Rz≤30μm and the average period Sm is 100μm≤Sm≤400μm, when the average depth of the unevenness is Rz and the average period is Sm, is formed on the surface of an outside chamfering part 8, while forming an outside chamfering part 8 at the intersecting member with the outer surface 10 of the skirt part 5 of the panel 1 and the sealing end face 6. The first rough face 11 is formed on a region over all of the sealing end face 6, or a predetermined region including a diagonal axis DA on the outside chamfering part 8, or a center section in the longitudinal direction of the side portion 4 on the outside chamfering part 8.
