PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent the occurrence of troubles due to the performance of management information processing during data updating and to improve operator's operation efficiency during management information processing. SOLUTION: When an analytical screen P1 which is the processing result of an analytical means is displayed so as to be superposed to a key for instructing the performance of management information processing which is processing displayed on the screen of a display device 19 and requiring exclusive control, exclusive control in which management information processing other than one management information processing being performed at present is not performed can be performed, so that the occurrence of troubles due to the performance of management information processing during the data updating can be previously prevented. Since an operator can effectively utilize waiting time by observing the analytical screen P1 which is the processing result of an analytical means displayed on the key for instructing the performance of the management information processing during the period of the management information processing, operator's operation efficiency during management information processing can be improved.
