PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage caused by collision with an upper structure and falling caused by vibration of the ground at earthquake by considering the layout of an air conditioner outdoor unit in a base isolated building. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the air conditioner outdoor unit 5 in the base isolated building composed of a foundation 3 formed on the ground 10, a base-isolated layer formed on the foundation 3, and the upper structure 2 supported on the base-isolated layer, the air conditioner outdoor unit 5 is mounted and fixed on a mounting block integrally mounted on the upper structure 2 to be integrally moved with the upper structure 2 at earthquake.
