PAPER CONTAINER AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a container the manufacturing cost for which is lowered by simplifying manufacturing process and which can be disposed of after use without causing environment problems. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the container comprises the steps of making a paper blank plate having the bottom part, the side wall part and the flange part connected continuously with one another from a paper material for a cup, introducing the blank plate in a vacuum-forming or pneumatic-press-forming die to make it into a semi-finished paper container and vacuum-forming or pneumatic-press-forming an inner protecting film comprising a thermoplastic resin under heating to stick the inner protecting film tightly to the whole inner surface of the container.
