PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bag in the shape of a rectangular parellelopiped efficiently. SOLUTION: A both end-opened envelope-like body 20 comprising a front part 1, a back part 2, and a pair of fold-like side parts 3 and 3 is formed by folding a sheet 10 in which the back 11 has a heat seal property and the surface 12 does not have a heat seal property. On the boundary between the side parts 3 and 3 and the front part 1 and the back part 2, separation parts 8a, 8b, 8b, and 8b are formed from one end edge of the envelope-like body 20, and the spaces among the separation parts 8a, 8b, 8b, and 8b are made bottom pieces 4a and 4b connected to the front part 1 and the back part 2 and projected pieces 9 and 9 connected to the side parts. A bottom surface part 4 is formed by folding the bottom pieces 4a and 4b. The bottom surface part 4 is formed by joining the tip parts of the bottom pieces 4a and 4b on the back 11 and 11 side, heaping them on a sheet 22, and heat-sealing them.
