PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device, receiver and program, which enhance effect of reducing an amount of information to be transmitted when generating and transmitting text data. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device 100 stores key identification code definition information in a key identification code definition storage area 1071. When a key is operated, the communication terminal device 100 acquires a key identification code corresponding to the operated key from the key identification code definition storage area 1071, which are added and stored in an input key identification code storage area 1073 as a key identification code string. The communication terminal device 100 transmits the key identification code string stored in the input key identification code storage area 1073 by a transmitting function 1031, when having detected a transmission instruction.
