PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an analysis function of a patent map creation system while improving the operability thereof. SOLUTION: The patent map creation system 2 uses macro functions of spreadsheet software 3 to define a data sheet 4 containing bibliographic information and evaluation information about patent documents, an XY list sheet 5 storing evaluation axis information, various map sheets 6, a keyword sheet 7 storing keywords for patent document search and corresponding search results, and a constituent feature division sheet 8 dividing and storing first claims separated by punctuations. The patent map creation system 2 further comprises a list display control part 10 for displaying various lists of patent documents on a display device, a keyword search part 11 for producing search results based on arbitrary keywords, and a constituent feature division part 12 for dividing the descriptions of first claims of patent documents.
