PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional nipping detection sensor or preventing device that small current change of a driving motor makes the detection accuracy poor, wetting of a conductor causes a wrong detection, a contact of a pressure sensitive switch is deteriorated by secular change, heat resistance of a piezoelectric material (PVDF) is low, and the like. SOLUTION: The nipping detection sensor 8 is composed of a piezoelectric material 11, and provided on a side visor. Since this generates output or changes the output by a displacement, distortion, or pressure change caused by the contact of an object, the nipping of the object to an opening and closing part 7 can be precisely detected. This sensor causes no wrong detection even if it is wetted, and is free from contact failure or short-circuit with high durability because it has no contact. Further, since the piezoelectric material 11 is a flexible material obtained by mixing a sintered powder of piezoelectric ceramic to an organic base material of rubber elastic body followed by polarization treatment, it has effects such that the stability to heat or heat resistance is high, compared with PVDF, and its molding is easy because of high stretching property or flexibility.
