PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary saw so constituted that a slit is provided to a substrate to be filled with a viscoelastic material and a low friction material is formed on the surface of the substrate, and an electromotive tool using it. SOLUTION: In the rotary saw 1 having a large number of teeth 12 provided to its disc-shaped substrate 10 along the circumferential edge, the slit 11 is provided to a part of the substrate 10. The low friction material layer is formed to the surface of the substrate other than the slit 11 and the peripheral region and the slit 11 is filled with the viscoelastic material.
