PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple manufacturing method of a PC member having a hollow, and a joint method of the PC member using the hollow. SOLUTION: An outer frame 201, an inner frame 202 and a hollow forming member 100 expanded by the injection of compressed air are attached to the surface of a bottom plate 200. A plurality of reinforcing rods 206 for mutually joining the PC members or enclosed type reinforcing rods 303 are provided to the upper end joint surfaces of the PC members in a vertically protruded state to form protrusions 207 each of which keeps one end protruded by about 0.6 m. Then, concrete is cast in the space between the outer frame 201 and the inner frame 202 and the hollow forming member 100 is drawn out in a state that concrete is solidified to manufacture the PC member having the hollow. Then, the first PC member 300 and the second PC member 301 are located to oppose both joint surfaces to each other and the protrusion 207 of the first PC member 300 becoming a lower position is inserted in the hollow 208 of the second PC member 301.
