ELECTROMECHANICAL ADJUSTABLE DRIVE OF RAKING CHAIN FOR BALLAST CLEANER

The invention relates to driving means of equipment for working out and transporting of materials, namely to electromechanical drives of raking chains for ballast cleaners. The drive is intended for smooth speed regulation of the raking chain. The electromechanical drive (1) comprising non-adjustable electric motors (2) is provided with a frequent-adjustable electric motor (3), and a reduction gear (4) has a number of built-in planetary gears (differential gears). Solar gears (12) of planetary rows are connected via a gear system (7, 8, 9, 10) to the adjustable motor (3), each of the row epicycles (13) is connected to one of non-adjustable motors (2), and carriers (15) have gears (16) rigidly fixed thereon, transmitting and summing via wheel (17) the motion of a drive star (5) (via gear (18) and wheel (19)). Frequency is regulated by a sensor signal for controlling power (current), for example, by frequency converters on IGBT-structures for asynchronous motors, transmitting the signal of the raking chain speed change. At full load the adjustable motor develops constant moment independent of frequency rotation having one direction for any direction of the motor rotation. With "direct " rotation the motor overpasses a rated moment directed counter rotation. At the opposite direction of rotation overpasses braking rated moment. The invention increases the reliability of the technological process and reduces stoppages of a ballast cleaner.
