<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short pulse generation circuit by combining two or less transistors and a delay circuit, having a high conversion efficiency of a pulse, and having a small circuit scale with a low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This circuit is equipped with a distribution circuit 1 for dividing an inputted rectangular wave a1 into the first signal a2 and the second signal a3, the delay circuit 2 for generating the delay time difference τ1 between the first signal a2 and the second signal a3, and a waveform shaping circuit 3 constituted by including the first single transistor Q31, for inputting the first signal a2 into the base of the first transistor, inputting the second signal a4 outputted from the delay circuit 2 into an emitter of the first transistor, and generating the first pulse a5 having the pulse width corresponding to the delay time difference τ1 from a collector of the first transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
