<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide document management apparatus, a document management method, and a document management system whereby a user can easily confirm document information managed by a plurality of pieces of document management apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The document management apparatus having a document management means for managing prescribed document information includes: a request reception means for receiving a transmission request of the document information from a terminal; an internal document information acquisition means for acquiring the prescribed document information managed by the document management means on the basis of the transmission request of the document information received by the request reception means; an external document information acquisition means for acquiring external document information managed by other document management apparatus from the other document management apparatus; a display data generation means for generating display data used to display the prescribed document information acquired by the internal document information acquisition means and the external document information acquired by the external document information acquisition means; and a display data transmission means for transmitting the display data generated by the display data generation means to the terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
