PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full color electrostatic charge image developing toner capable of preventing local faulty transfer (vermiculation) which occurs in an image obtained by an electrophotographic image forming process and faulty reproduction of an image (surface stain) due to diffusion of toner, to provide a full color electrostatic charge image developing toner applicable particularly to an image forming method by a tandem type copying process, and to provide a method for manufacturing the toner, an image forming method using the toner, and a method and apparatus for filling the toner into a vessel. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge image developing toner, primary particles of at least two or more extenders connect every 3-20 particles, form independent sea-island structure and adhere to surfaces of toner base particles comprising at least a binder resin and a colorant obtained by a pulverization-classification system, an occupation area of the sea-island structure is 10-70% as area ratio of 1μm<SP>2</SP>unit, and no extender isolated from the toner base particles is substantially included.
