<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which can be manufactured with a sheet of film and has a strength at a header part being the same as or not lower than that in a case when a core material is used even when the packaging bag is one made of a plastic and has no core material at the header part, and the packaging bag whose cost can be decreased even when it is a packaging bag made of a corrosive synthetic resin. <P>SOLUTION: This packaging bag 1 is provided with the header part 2 and a storing room 4 which is partitioned through a partition seal 3 and stores a commodity. Two or more folded-back parts 6, 7 and 8 are formed on a film of the header part 2, and the films formed with these folded-back parts are tightly stuck and fixed at least into triple layers to increase rigidity. In addition, a core material 15 is arranged between the film 2b of the folded-back part of the film of the header part and the film 2c and they are tightly stuck and fixed to increase the rigidity.
