PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster capable of changing a wheel even if rust or deformation occurs on an axle in changing the wheel. SOLUTION: In changing a tire of the caster 10, a stopper pin 27 is removed from a horizontal arm 25, and the locking of a first locking hook 24 and a second locking hook 26 is released. Afterward, the old tire 15 is removed together with the axle 14, and the tire 15 is changed by hooking the axle 14 of the new tire 15 on both locking hooks 24, 26. In this way, though it is the simple device constitution, the tire 15 can be surely changed even if rust or deformation occurs on the axle 14, for example. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
