摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining easily and quickly the place of origin of a native fishery product by measuring the amino acid component ratio. SOLUTION: In this determination method of the place of origin of the native fishery product, reference data are prepared by measuring beforehand the amino acid component ratio in the native fishery product such as a Shijimi (fresh water clam) having a fixed characteristic in the amino acid (especially, a free amino acid) component ratio according to the place of origin, and the amino acid component ratio in a determination object fishery product is measured, to thereby determine comparison data.
