An energy board/panel (synthetic conductor) consists of an indirectly excited medium. The exciter can be light, laser, various types of radiation, static electricity (by computer control) e.g. with Triacs or with MOSFETs. The excited medium is moved to and fro in a medium (e.g. CDS) sinusodially. The multiply arranged synthetic conductors (S-L) (7) are connected with magnets (5) in rows or columns in a series or parallel circuit. The induced eddy current is conducted to a transformer (10) and the energy board with its S-L can be designed to synchronize so that all the transformers of many energy panels with S-L have the same sinusoidal currents and voltages, such that in large groups and series and parallel circuits high energy arrangements can be connected. The S-L unit is designed flat like a solar cell and several S-L units are made available on one board/solar collector depending on the direction of sunlight. The operating energy for moving the S-L is extracted from sun or wind energy as starting point energy.
