PURPOSE:Milk or a product therefrom and saccharides are used as major starting substances and combined with kappa- or tau-carrageenan and waxy starch as a gelling agent and/or a moistening agent to give the titled milk with reduced water separation and improved storability, gel elasticity, viscoelasticity and texture. CONSTITUTION:Defatted milk, butter and sugar or milk and sugar are used as major ingredients and combined with kappa- or tau-carrageenan as a gelling agent and/or moistening agent and waxy starch which is substantially composed of amylopectin. |
