PURPOSE:To enable a display lamp to be rationally fixed by a method wherein the circuit part for a display lamp is fixed to a display element and a cylindrical projection to be engaged with the outer periphery of the display lamp is arranged at a spacer. CONSTITUTION:A display lamp 4 and a lamp flange 4a are integrally formed with synthetic resin. The display lamp 4 is automatically inserted into a display element 6 by an automatic machine, and set in position, and then the display lamp 4 is fixed to the display element 6 through soldering 7. The outer periphery of the flange 4a is engaged with the cylindrical projection 5a arranged at the spacer 5 so as to prevent a falling of the display lamp 4. With this arrangement, it is possible to perform the automatic fixing of the display lamp and reduce the cost of material and the number of manufacturing steps. |
