PURPOSE:Paste of fish, shell or meat is mixed with cheese, the mixture is kneaded, combined with, when necessary, flavors or additives to give the objective paste product or processed cheese with favorite texture as it is or after cooking with heat. CONSTITUTION:Fish or animal meat is mixed with cheese in the paste form, kneaded together with needed seasonings and additives and the resultant product is served as a cooking material. Or the product is formed and heated to give a paste product or processed cheese. The paste from the fish and animal meat may be mixed with other foods to give, directly or after cooking, a new kind of food. The other foods are, e.g., cereals, beans, eggs, animal meats, fishes, vegetables and spices. |
