PURPOSE:To enable mounting precisely without correcting and varying positions on mounting by fixing a camera, which is inserted and arranged rotatably to a cylindrical body for positioning, upper and lower sections of which are opened, and confirms the holding attitude of a work at the upper position of the upper opening surface of the cylindrical body, and disposing a hand for sucking the work at the center of the lower opening surface of the cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A sucking section 52 is turned to a fixed arm 51, is moved onto a work 6 placed on a stage, attracts and holds the work 6 and is returned to an original position and is fastened. When a camera makes sure the holding attitude of the work 6 and the work 6 is sustained on a suction surface 56 under an incorrect state, a rotary motor 11 is driven, and a cylindrical body 3 is rotated while the sucking section 52 is also revolved in the same direction. The work 6 maintained by the suction surface 56 is turned without being displaced from the optical axis of a camera lens 42 fixed to the upper opening surface 33 of the cylindrical body 3 at that time, the position of revolution is corrected to a proper position, confirmed by the fastened camera. A substrate 1 is shifted onto a lead frame by working pieces A-C, and the work 6 is mounted. Accordingly, the positioning of the work can be adjusted by a simple mechanism.
