PURPOSE:To provide a comfortable space cooling (heating) feeling by causing a cool (warm) air flow to be blown off through lower side and upper side blow- off ports when a rapid space cooling (heating) feeling is necessary at the time of space cooling (heating), and causing the cool (warm) air flow to be blown off only through an upper (lower) blow-off port when the room has been cooled (heated) to a certain degree. CONSTITUTION:When a space cooling operation is started or a rapid cool air flow feeling is required, a downward blow-off damper 9 is opened, and a fan motor 11 is turned ON, thus a cool air flow being blown off from a lower side and a space cooling feeling being obtained rapidly. In a case where the interior of the room is cooled to a certain degree, an upward blow-off damper 5 is opened, an upward blow-off fan motor 7 is turned ON, and a hot air flow is blown off from an upper side and a space heating feeling is obtained rapidly. Further, when the interior of the room is warmed to a certain degree, the downward blow-off damper 9 is opened and the downward blow-off fan motor 11 is turned ON, thus a hot air flow being blown off only through a downward blow-off port 8.
