PURPOSE:To raise mechanical strength to whole directions, by arranging a dispersed reinforcing material irregularly in a parent phase at a fiber-reinforced plastics at the inside of which the reinforcing fibers are arranged regularly. CONSTITUTION:In a parent phase plastics 1, reinforcing fibers 2 are arranged regularly and also needle-like dispersed reinforcing material 3 made of metallic whiskers etc. are arranged irregularly at spaces between the reinforcing fibers. Thus adding to the raise of strength by the reinforcing fibers 1 at the direction of the fibers (Z direction), tensile strength or shear strength at the X direction, Y direction by the dispersed reinforcing material arranged irregularly increases and so the mechanical strength are raised over the whole direction.
