PURPOSE:To easily record trend display by performing an arithmetic processing in which the time axis and the scale axis of a display screen are represented in the logarithmic scale. CONSTITUTION:Measuring analog signals inputted from plural channels are A/D converted with an A/D converter 3 and these digitally converted signals are format-processed arithmetically with a controller 4 and stored and afterward, the display processing is performed to perform the trend display and digital display on a display device 8 based on the stored data. In this display processing, the time base arithmetic processing and the scale axis arithmetic processing with the time base and the scale axis of the display screen as the symmetrical scale are performed. These processed data are stored in an image memory 4d and transferred to a display controller 8 and made video signals and inputted to the display device 8 and the display and the digital display are performed on its screen.
