Device for the monitoring the pressure of a gas, comprising means for conveying the gas to a manometer 2 with a needle 3, a sensor 5 placed on the angular trajectory of the needle 3 of the manometer 2 and means 10, 11 for processing the signal emitted by the sensor 5 during the passage of the needle 3. The device according to the invention is characterised in that the sensor 5 consists of a nozzle 7 connected to pneumatic supply means 6, and a dynamic pressure receiver 8 placed opposite the nozzle, a free space 17 being provided between the nozzle and the receiver in order to allow the passage of the needle 3 when the pressure of the gas conveyed to the manometer is greater than a determined adjustable value. <IMAGE>
