PURPOSE:To enable a suction member to be phase-adjusted easily and a fixed state to be maintained through adsorption of the elongation of a shaft due to temperature rise during printing by providing a fixing member which fastens a support member and a drum with a surface pressure through movement with the screwing of a screw member to the threaded part of a shaft and interposing the spring member between the fixing member and the screw member. CONSTITUTION:Side plates 47 at both ends which support both ends of an air pipe 48 equipped with a suction head 58 are fitted to a shaft at both ends of a double diameter drum 12 in freely rotatable fashion, and the flat surface of a side plate 47 is attached to the edge of a drum 31. A shaft 70 with each head and screw parr provided at both ends is mounted through a center shaft hole 31c, 32c, 33a of the drum 31 and shaft at both ends 32, 33. Then a holding bar 69 provided fastens the side plate 47 and the drum 31 with a surface pressure. This fastening action is performed by the holding bar which contacts along the edge of a counter drum of the side plate 47 after running through a base 32 of the shaft at both ends and moves through the screwing of a screw member 73 into the threaded part of the shaft 70. Between the screw member 73 and the holding bar 69, for instance, a plurality of flat head springs 78 are interposed.
