PURPOSE:To perform a good simultaneous operation by receiving a line sequential color difference signal superimposed on a direct current potential made different for a horizontal period unit and inputting a detecting signal detected by a gete pulse synchronizing with the horizontal period to a D-FF to obtain a change over pulse for the simultaneous operation. CONSTITUTION:The detecting signal D from a shaping limitter amplifier 11 is supplied to the D terminal of the D-FF 12 and a horozontal synchronizing signal H from a synchronization separating circuit 8 is supplied to a clock terminal. In thid device, a similar signal to the conventional technique is taken out from demodulation circuits 3, 6, a gete pulse generating circuit 9 and the limitter amplifier 11. Thereby, the change over pulse X normalized by the horizontal synchronizing signal H is outputted to the output terminal of the D-FF12. By performing the simultaneous operation by using the change over pulse X, an extremely satisfactory video signal having no noise mixed during the blanking period of the video signal can be formed.
