PURPOSE:To carry out appropriate health care of a person, by providing a means which displays the degree of obesity of the person, appropriate caloric intake and quantity of motion, and results of calorie calculation on taken food. CONSTITUTION:When the sex, age, weight, height, profession, kinds and quantities of taken foodstuffs, etc., of a person are inputted from a keyboard 5, these data are transferred to a CPU 2. If no error exists in the transferred data, the CPU 2 first calculates the degree of obesity of the person on the basis of the data. From the calculated results of the degree of obesity, instructions for the intake calorie and value and quantity of motion of the person are displayed on teach display device 4. Then calculated results of calorie values, etc., in accordance with the kinds and quantity of taken foodstuffs are displayed and, if a copy is required, a printer 6 prints out the data. Therefore, troubles, etc., caused by an obese state can be prevented.
