PURPOSE:To clarify the whole current record processing so as to improve the reliability, by preparing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd specific flags for a user managing table and realizing a constitution which can execute and control the process of the current record. CONSTITUTION:The 1st flag 21 which indicates the before reading/after reading of the current record, 2nd flag 22 which indicates the before updating/after updating of the current record, and 3rd flag 23 which indicates whether or not the current record is updated by another task are prepared for each user managing table 11 of plural user processes A-C in an operating system and a constitution which executes and controls the process of the current record by referring to the flags is realized. By controlling the process of the current record by referring to the flags 21-23, the whole current record processes of each user process A-C become clear and such a misoperation that executes the process of a wrong record to be processed can be avoided. Therefore, the reliability can be improved.
