PURPOSE:To prevent any crosstalk between respective blocks from occuring by a method wherein high frequency signals generated from one block are transferred to an exclusive pad through an exclusive fixed potential interconnection. CONSTITUTION:A crosstalk preventive interconnection 2 connected to a substrate 1 through an isolation P layer 7 is further connected to an exclusive outer terminal (pad) 8 electrically isolated from both blocks A and B. Such an exclusive preventive GND interconnection 2 and the terminal 8 can be provided so that any fluctuation in high frequency electric signals in the block A transferred to the substrate 1 may be also transferred to the exclusive pad 8 through the exclusive GND interconnection 2 to prevent the other block B from being affected by said fluctuation.
