<p>PURPOSE:To improve prcductivity by feeding and setting a nut to each nut runner, receiving a wheel on a wheel receiver, prostrating an assembly jig to a horizontal attitude and advancing it, inserting a hub bolt into the bolt hole of the wheel, and fastening the nut. CONSTITUTION:A nut 10 is fed and set from a nut feeder to each nut runner 13 mounted on an assembly jig 5, and a wheel 3 is received from a hanger 8 at the preset delivery position on a wheel receiver 12 mounted on the assembly jig 5. Then, the assembly jig 5 is prostrated to a horizontal attitude and advanced, a hub bolt 2a is inserted into the bolt hole of the wheel 3, and the nut 10 is fastened by each nut runner 13. Accordingly, two robots for inserting the wheel 3 and fastening the nut 10 are not required to be used, the device can be made small-sized at a low cost, moreover the nut 10 and wheel 3 can be delivered reliably and efficiently, and productivity can be remarkably improved as a whole.</p> |
