PURPOSE:To improve reflectivity by providing transparent films consisting of >=2 layers of even layers or odd layers on a light diffuse reflection plate consisting of a metal and forming the layers of the transparent films in such a manner as to have the layers having the higher refractive indices right above the layers of the odd number from the reflection surface. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 3 having the light diffuse reflection plate consists of the substrate having an aluminum layer 2 formed by a vapor deposition treatment on the roughened surface of a plastic film 1. The layers 4-7 consisting of the laminated transparent films are provided on the light diffuse reflection plate of the aluminum layer 2 on the substrate 3. The number of the layers of the transparent films provided on the light diffuse reflection plate consisting of the metal is required to be >=2 layers and >=2 layers of the transparent films are so formed that the refractive indices of the even numbered layers existing right above the odd numbered layers based on the light diffuse reflection plate are higher. The thicknesses of the respective layers are specified to 100-1,000Angstrom , more preferably 300-3,000Angstrom . The reflection plate which is excellent in the spread and reflectivity of reflected light is thus obtd. |
