PURPOSE:To obtain a shock absorbent packaging material which can easily pack even a commodity of a complicated shape, by mixing T liquid and R liquid of specific compositions and foaming and curing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:T liquid comprizing an isocyanate component and a propellant packed in an aerosol can and R liquid comprising a polyol component and a propellant packed in another aerosol can are separately prepared. When two cans containing T liquid and R liquid are controlled at 20-35 deg.C and suffi ciently shook, the propellants vaporize and fill the cavities of the upper parts of the cans to elevate the inner pressures of the cans. The liquids become to be easily injected and at the same time, parts of the propellant are dispersed and mixed in the liquids and as a result, compatibility of T liquid and R liquid becomes better. When a push lever 2 for injection is pushed down in this state, both liquids are vigorously injected from both cans through both guide pipes 6, 6 and mixed together. A mixed liquid 13 of T and R liquids is injected from a mixing pipe 8, foamed and cured to form an open-cell urethane foam of low density having excellent shock absorbing property. |
