The invention relates to a device for assembling, at an angle, at least one element 1 on a support 2, especially at least one section on a support section. This device comprises, in the first instance, a collar formed of shells 3 capable of being assembled, by clamping means 9, 13, in order to enclose the support 2. These shells 3 comprise opposite peripheral edges, each one provided with an interlocking structure 6, 8. The device also comprises two claws 4, per element 1 assembled on the support 2, each one provided with an interlocking structure 17, 18 which is conjugate with the collar. Pinching means 19, 25, 29 make it possible to connect together two claws 4 located in a reversed position, where the interlocking structure 17, 18 of each one interacts with the interlocking structure 6, 8 of one of the edges of the collar.
