PURPOSE:To enrich the content of investigation by calculating data such as the market investigation of goods, the measurement of the effect of an announcement, and the servey by questionairs based on the accumulated data of homes to be investigated, and transmitting a message to the homes. CONSTITUTION:A using TV channel is detected by picking up the leak electric wave from the local originating device of a television receiver 2, the detected channel data is FM-modulated, and transmitted to a data processor 8 through a commercial network 6. In the data processor 8, data from respective channel detector 3, private receiving ratio investigation equipment 8, a market investigation data input device 7, and a questionair servey device are discriminated, and transformed into a prescribed format, then accumulated to a memory. These data are transmitted to the center 10and at the center, a large-capacity computer 12 is provided which controls the processings of the data transmitted from the homes 1 to be investigated and the terminal executes terminal control. Also in the center, a message transmitter 17 to the homes is provided to execute a bidirectional communication. Thus, the content of the investigation is graded up. |
